As a small team of unpaid trustees, supported by volunteers who pay for their own flights and accommodation, we purposely keep our overheads to a minimum in order to ensure that funds don't get lost in administration. Donors are welcome to specify exactly what they would like their money to be spent on, and our close level of communication with our trustworthy Ghanaian team enables us to keep a close eye on where funds go once they reach Saltpond. We are still almost totally reliant on one-off fundraising events, so if you'd like to do a sponsored event, run your own social event, help us with some advertising or make a contribution, then please do let us know.
